Accommodation for six guests plus two additional guests using the living-room double sofa bed. Intended for families and guests over 28 seeking a peaceful stay. Parties, celebrations and events are forbidden. Smoking is not allowed. Copies of identification documents for all guests are required to confirm the reservation. Damage deposit: EUR 150. Getting there
Access to the elevated first floor is by stairs only. Playa de Gandia is 13 km away; Barx town is 2.1 km away. La Drova bus stop is 500 metres away, Gandia train station 15.7 km, Valencia airport 85.9 km and Denia ferry 47 km. Exterior parking is limited to two cars.
