The house has a private chlorine pool measuring 10 by 5 metres, with depths from 1 to 1.40 metres, an outdoor shower, a garden, a terrace, parasols, sun loungers and a barbecue. The accommodation is on an elevated first floor accessible only by stairs.
The air-conditioned living room has a Smart TV and a double sofa bed for two additional guests. The dining area opens to the living room. The equipped kitchen includes an induction hob, oven, microwave, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, coffee machine, toaster, blender, juicer, crockery and tea towels. A washing machine, iron and ironing board are available.
