Smoking is not allowed. The minimum age to book is 25. Children are welcome.
Getting there
The three-story townhome sits directly on the bus route; the base of the slopes is a five-mile bus ride away. A car is not necessary. Parking is limited to two cars. Central air conditioning is not available. Access to the neighboring Vail Racquet Club's fitness center, pool, hot tubs and tennis courts requires a fee.
