The house

Country Estate Oasis has a traditional floor plan with multiple living rooms and dens, fireplaces, a formal dining room and an equipped chef’s kitchen. Brick and wood accents, curated furnishings, large windows and sliding glass doors connect the common areas with the back deck. A recreation room has a pool table. Wi-Fi, central air conditioning, heating, a washer and dryer are available. Bed linens, bath towels, pool/beach towels, a hair dryer and ironing equipment are provided.

The main-floor primary bedroom has a king bed, an ensuite shower bathroom, streaming TV and a walk-in closet. Upstairs, Bedroom 1 has a queen bed, an ensuite shower bathroom and streaming TV. Bedroom 3 has a queen bed, an ensuite bathroom with a shower/tub combination, streaming TV, a walk-in closet and a balcony/deck. Bedroom 4 has a king bed, an ensuite bathroom with a shower/tub combination, streaming TV, a standard closet and a balcony/deck. All four bedrooms have air conditioning.

Outside are a fully fenced backyard, a private heated pool with chaise lounges, an outdoor dining area, a gas barbecue and a private basketball court. A kayak is provided for nearby waterways, and parking is available. The pool itself is not fenced; an optional toddler fence can be installed for an additional $350 fee.

The home is near Southampton shops, galleries and restaurants, with beaches a short drive away. The homeowner manages on-the-ground operations and guest communication after booking confirmation through the Elite program.
