Is the pool fenced?
No. The backyard is fenced, but the pool is not. An optional toddler fence can be installed around the pool for an additional $350 fee.
Are pets allowed?
Pets may be permitted with owner approval; inquire in advance. The dog approval fee is $250 per dog per booking, and approval may involve additional fees and/or a security deposit.
Who manages the stay after booking?
The homeowner manages on-the-ground operations and guest communication after booking confirmation through the Elite program.
