The house

The home accommodates six guests in three main-floor bedrooms: two with king beds and one with a queen bed. Two bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms. There are three full bathrooms, two renovated, with a separate shower and tub, a shower, and a shower/tub combination respectively.

The living room has high ceilings, hardwood floors, skylights, a Steinway piano and glass doors to the backyard. A separate den provides another sitting area. The Poggenpol kitchen has a large island, Miele appliances and gas cooking; additional equipment includes an oven, refrigerator, wine fridge, ice maker, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, blender, cookware and tableware. The breakfast area extends outdoors.

Outdoor spaces include a Zen garden, an uncovered deck/patio, dining and lounge areas, four lounge chairs, a gas fire pit, a Weber gas grill and a hot-and-cold outdoor shower. The private freshwater pool is heated and surrounded by a wood deck. A hot tub, tennis rackets and balls, and three beach chairs are available. The yard is fenced. A Sonos sound system, heating, central air conditioning, Wi-Fi, washer, dryer, linens, bath towels and pool/beach towels are provided. Fitness equipment is also available. Bedroom 1 has a TV.

The home is located between East Hampton and Sag Harbor. East Hampton beaches are 10 minutes away. Nearby outings include Wolffer Estate Vineyard and Channing Daughters Winery. The homeowner manages on-the-ground operations and guest communication after booking confirmation.
