The minimum age to rent the property is 25. Smoking, pets and parties are not allowed. Children and infants are welcome. After booking confirmation, guests must complete an online pre-check-in form confirming identity and booking details and provide official photographic identification.
Getting there
Stairs lead from the entrance to the living area and between bedroom levels. The principal bedroom is on an open mezzanine overlooking the living room; its curtains do not guarantee total darkness. Building works and facade scaffolding are ongoing, with no definitive completion date. An alarm-linked security camera records only when the alarm is activated.
