The house

Stairs lead from the entrance to the main living and dining area, furnished with a marble dining table, patterned chairs, a bouclé sofa and armchair, amber pendant lighting, and shelves displaying sculptures, glassware and books. The kitchen has a black stone countertop and white cabinetry with circular handles. Equipment includes a dishwasher, fridge, freezer, electric oven, hob, microwave, toaster, kettle, coffee maker, cookware and tableware.

An illuminated staircase leads to the principal bedroom on the mezzanine overlooking the living room. It has a king-sized bed, a green headboard, shelving and a large walk-in wardrobe. Its en-suite bathroom includes a walk-in shower, toilet and wash basin. The second bedroom is downstairs from the entrance and doubles as a meeting room; it has a king-sized bed, an armchair and stone bedside tables. Its mirrored en-suite bathroom has a round bathtub, toilet and wash basin. An additional WC is behind the kitchen on the main level.

Facilities include free Wi-Fi, a smart TV, central heating, a washing machine, tumble dryer, hair dryer, cleaning products, towels, bed linen and bathroom essentials. The home is suitable for children and infants.

The principal bedroom has curtains but no shutters, so total darkness may not be achievable. Building works are ongoing, with scaffolding on the facade and no definitive completion date. The security system includes a camera that captures footage only when the alarm is activated.
