House rules
No parties, events or loud gatherings. Quiet hours are 22:00–07:00 and apply to the balcony as well. No smoking anywhere on the property, including the balcony and common areas. No pets. Children aged 2–12 and infants under 2 are welcome. Keep the lobby door closed and do not buzz in anyone you do not know. Leave balcony plant pots in place. Drawers and cabinets marked owner/private are not available to guests. Bookings are screened.
Getting there
The apartment is on the third floor, with a lift from the lobby. Homebush station is about 600 m away, a 7-minute walk. Free parking is on surrounding streets. Sydney Airport is about 25–30 minutes away by car.
