House rules

The booking guest must be at least 21 years old. Maximum occupancy is 14, including two additional guests beyond the standard bed accommodation; trifold floor mattresses and additional linens can be supplied on request. Pets are not permitted, and unauthorized pets may incur a fine. Smoking is prohibited; violations incur a $500 additional-cleaning and related-cost fee, plus responsibility for smoking damage beyond that fee. Be considerate of neighbors and noise levels; noise violations may incur fines. Speakers and sound systems are not provided. An open-fire and fireworks ban applies within Park City limits. Bookings over 28 days require a security deposit charged after booking.

Getting there

Main Street and Park City Resort are each 3 miles away; Deer Valley Resort is 4 miles away. The resorts and Main Street are a short drive or an easy Park City Transit bus ride away. Hiking and biking trails are a short walk from the home. One car may park in the garage; other vehicles must use community overflow parking, with no driveway or street parking. Summer construction around town may operate from 7am to 9pm. HOA painting and staining of the communal hot-tub deck is scheduled to begin in early April and last about two months; deck access may be limited or temporarily unavailable.
