The house

The home offers over 4,000 square feet, five ensuite bedrooms and two separate family rooms. Fireplaces, heating, a patio and a private hot tub provide indoor and outdoor gathering spaces. The open-plan kitchen has upgraded appliances, a microwave and an oven/stove. There are indoor and outdoor dining areas and a gas grill on the deck off the kitchen.

The sleeping arrangements include three king beds, one queen bed and four twin sleeping places in a lower-level bunk room with two bunk beds. A queen bedroom is on the main level; two king bedrooms are on the second floor, one with a balcony; another king bedroom and the bunk room are on the lower level. Bedrooms have linens, towels, pillows and comforters. TVs are provided in the primary bedroom and two other king bedrooms.

Tennis and pickleball courts are steps away, with racquets, paddles and balls available in the garage. An adjacent neighborhood clubhouse has an outdoor pool, communal hot tub and barbecue grill.

Air conditioning is limited to the top floor. Wi-Fi, a workspace, washer/dryer and free parking are available, subject to garage and overflow-parking restrictions. A pack n' play travel crib is available; a high chair can be requested with at least 24 hours' notice. Keypad self-check-in is available.
