The reservation must be booked by a legal adult; children may stay as part of the group. Parties, smoking and loud gatherings are not permitted. Quiet hours are 10:00 PM–7:00 AM. Unauthorized late check-outs incur an additional fee. Electricity outages can occur; during an outage, limit high-draw items such as air conditioning, the microwave, hair dryer, washer and chargers. No refunds are issued for weather-related cancellations or utility interruptions, although rescheduling may be possible subject to availability.
Getting there
The condo is in Condado, near the Condado Lagoon inlet and Caribe Hilton. El Escambrón Beach and Playita del Condado cove are about a 10–12 minute walk away. Old San Juan is about a 12-minute drive away. A car is not essential within Condado; rideshare and taxis are available. Paid parking is available near the building.
