What time is check-in?
Check-in begins at 4:00 PM local time. Early check-in may be available on demand.
What time is check-out?
Check-out is at 11:00 AM local time. Late check-out may be available on demand, subject to availability.
How do I check in?
Complete the online check-in before arrival. Arrival instructions and access information are then provided. Check-in is at the building front desk; take the elevator to the 7th floor and enter the unit with the personal keypad code provided for the stay.
Are towels and a hairdryer provided?
Fresh towels and a hairdryer are provided. Beach towels and beach chairs are also included.
Can I bring a baby?
The property is suitable for infants under 2 years. A pack ’n play or travel crib can be requested; it may also be available as a paid add-on.
Are pets allowed?
Pets are allowed at pet-friendly stays. A dog bed may be requested after booking.
Is there help during the stay?
