The reservation must be booked by a legal adult. Children are welcome. Parties, smoking, and loud gatherings are not permitted. Quiet hours are 10:00 PM–7:00 AM. Unauthorized late check-outs incur an additional fee. Weather-related cancellations and utility interruptions are not refundable, although storm-related rescheduling may be available subject to calendar availability.
Getting there
El Escambrón Beach and Playita del Condado are about a 10–12 minute walk away. The condo is near the Condado waterfront and lagoon. Paid parking is available near the building. A car is not essential within Condado, while rideshare and taxis are available; a car may be useful for exploring the wider island.
