House rules
No pets are allowed. Smoking is not permitted. The listing books only the main house. The adjacent guest cottage is not rented separately to unrelated parties of the main-cottage guest and may be added for additional travelers. Twin beds can be fitted into a king bed upon request.
Getting there
The cottage is oceanfront in Old Man Bay on the North Side. A sandy trail with paver stones leads to a pebbly beachfront; snorkeling is available just off the backyard, and pool shoes or fins are recommended for foot protection when entering the water. The adjacent beach is available for use. Beaches may experience seasonal floating debris and sargassum seaweed. Two kayaks are provided; additional single and tandem kayaks are available for discounted rental with a signed waiver.
