The house

The furnished Caribbean-style cottage has a private pool and patio, a full-width screened porch, a furnished living area with a large television, a full kitchen with modern appliances and breakfast bar seating, and an indoor dining table for four. French doors and screened porches provide cross-ventilation; air-conditioning units cool the bedrooms and bathrooms, while ceiling fans cool the living areas. The cottage is oceanfront, with a sandy trail and paver stones leading to a pebbly beachfront.

The shoreline is suitable for snorkeling, and pool shoes or fins are recommended for foot protection when entering the water. The property has a gated driveway and sits on an oversized one-acre lot measuring over 400 feet deep. Two kayaks are provided during the stay. The adjacent guest cottage is not rented to unrelated parties of the main-cottage guest and may be added for additional travelers, but this listing books only the main house. A cleaning fee is included for enhanced cleaning, sanitation, and inspection protocols.

Additional single and tandem kayaks are available for discounted rental with a signed waiver. The property is presented for small families, traveling couples, and digital nomads.
