Guest rooms and suites are non-smoking. A USD 300 cleaning fee applies if smoking takes place in a room. Children aged 5 and under stay free, including meals. Children aged 6–12 are charged 50% of the applicable meal rate, plus USD 15 per night for an extra bed. Guests over 12 are considered adults and charged the applicable adult rate. Extra beds are available in Superior Deluxe rooms and above, subject to room configuration and availability; they are not available in Deluxe Rooms, the Luxury Duplex Suite or the Luxury Honeymoon Suite. Adjacent rooms may be arranged where possible, subject to availability. Selected rooms have private courtyards or balconies, allocated subject to availability. Check-in is from 14:00 and check-out is at 12:00. Early check-in from 08:00 to 14:00 and late check-out from 14:00 to 18:00 cost 50% of the room rate; earlier arrival or later departure is charged at the full night rate on a room-only basis. Both require advance contact and are subject to availability. Cancellations at least 48 hours before arrival are free; cancellations within 48 hours and no-shows are charged 100% of the full stay. Booking confirmation requires a 50% advance payment; the remaining balance is payable under the applicable booking terms and season.

Getting there

Bandaranaike International Airport is approximately 35 km away, usually a 45-minute to 1-hour journey by expressway depending on traffic and time of day. Guest rooms are accessed via stairways; the elevator serves the rooftop restaurant. Ground-floor, garden and restaurant areas are step-free.
