The house has four bedrooms and four bathrooms, with sleeping accommodation on levels -1, 1 and 2. The ground-floor living-dining room has a television and central air conditioning, and opens onto a porch furnished with a table and chairs. The equipped kitchen includes a ceramic hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer, toaster, coffee machine, juicer, crockery and cooking utensils. A shower bathroom is on the ground floor. A washing machine, iron, ironing board and hair dryer are provided.
The lower-level bedroom has a double bed and two single beds, with a nearby sitting area containing two armchairs and a wardrobe. Two first-floor double bedrooms each have an en-suite bathroom; one has a bathtub and the other a shower. A fourth bedroom is on the second floor. A cot and high chair can be provided for a baby.
Outdoor facilities include a private barbecue area, a main-floor terrace and a shared chlorine pool measuring 8 × 4 metres with a constant depth of 1.20 metres. An outdoor shower is available. A change of towels and sheets during the stay is included.
Gandia beach is a 10-minute walk away, and Playa del Grao de Gandia is 850 metres away. Bars, restaurants and supermarkets are nearby. The supermarket and bus stop are 500 metres away; Gandia railway station is 7.4 km away and Valencia Airport is 77.8 km away.
