Before you book
House rules
Minimum rental period: 29 nights. The full monthly charge applies regardless of the number of nights occupied; prorated charges are unavailable. Electricity usage is capped at $500/month, and guests are responsible for excess usage. Children are welcome. Smoking is prohibited throughout the premises, including lanais and common areas. During scheduled painting and pressure washing, remove personal items from the lanai or balcony, keep windows and doors closed, and temporarily relocate vehicles if required.
Getting there
The townhome is upstairs. A car is recommended. Four beach lagoons within Ko Olina Resort are a short stroll away. Parking is limited to one assigned stall for a standard or compact vehicle; oversized vehicles, street parking and overnight parking of commercially registered vehicles are prohibited. Exterior pressure washing and painting are scheduled July 29–August 7, 2026, with community work also planned on select dates in 2026–2027, weather permitting. Work takes place Monday–Friday, 08:00–17:00, and may cause daytime noise, with ladders near windows, lanais and balconies.
