The house

The three-bedroom, two-bath townhome has an open-plan living area with leather sectional seating and a 65-inch Smart TV, a dining area seating six, and a fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances, cookware, utensils and a breakfast bar. Kitchen equipment includes a refrigerator, freezer, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, blender, rice cooker and ice machine.

The primary suite has a ceiling fan, Smart TV, private lanai and ensuite bathroom with a large walk-in shower and dual vanities. Both guest bedrooms have Smart TVs and ceiling fans; Guest Bedroom 1 has easy access to the second full bathroom. A private covered lanai provides outdoor dining and garden views. Air conditioning, a washer and dryer, linens, beach towels, an iron, cable or satellite television and complimentary U.S./Canada phone service are available.

Community facilities include two lagoon-style swimming pools, two hot tubs, BBQ and picnic areas, tropical gardens, a hammock grove, walking paths and gated entry. Four beach lagoons, Ko Olina Championship Golf Course, Disney’s Aulani Resort, Four Seasons Resort Oahu, marina excursions, and the shops and restaurants of Ko Olina Station are a short stroll away.

The home is offered as a monthly vacation rental with a minimum 29-night rental period. Full-month occupancy is not required, but the full monthly charge applies without proration.
