House rules
Minimum stay: 29 nights. Electricity usage is capped at $500/month; excess usage is billed to the guest. No smoking anywhere on the premises. Oversized vehicles and commercial overnight parking are prohibited. Children are welcome.
Getting there
The home has two stories, with the primary and guest-bedroom lanais upstairs. Ko Olina's lagoons are nearby, and the seaside walkway connecting the lagoons is within walking reach. A car is recommended. Parking is limited to two assigned stalls for standard or compact vehicles; vehicles that do not fit may result in denied check-in.
