The house

This 1,784-square-foot home has hardwood floors, plantation shutters, an open-plan living room and a dedicated dining area opening onto a private lanai. Tropical landscaping surrounds the outdoor dining area, which has a dedicated BBQ grill. Upstairs lanais provide garden views from the primary and first guest bedrooms.

The kitchen has granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, modern cabinetry and a breakfast bar. Equipment includes a refrigerator, freezer, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, blender, rice cooker and kitchen utensils.

The primary bedroom has a king bed, ceiling fan, TV and private lanai. Its ensuite has dual sinks, a walk-in shower and a large soaking tub. Guest Bedroom 1 has a queen bed, ceiling fan, TV and lanai access. Guest Bedroom 2 has two twin beds, a ceiling fan and TV. Smart TVs are provided in each bedroom and the living room.

Central air conditioning, a washer and dryer, Wi-Fi, linens, beach towels and beach gear are provided. The home has a private entrance and garage parking. Community facilities include multiple shared pools, hot tubs and landscaped walking paths. Children are welcome.

Ko Olina's lagoons, golf course, marina, dining and shopping are nearby. Ko Olina Station & Center offers cafés, shops and a market within walking reach, along with the seaside walkway connecting the lagoons and sailing trips from the marina. Paradise Cove Luau, island trails and shopping in Kapolei are a short drive away.
