House rules
Minimum stay: 29 nights. Children are welcome. Electricity usage is capped at $400/month; guests are responsible for excess usage. Overnight parking of commercially registered vehicles is prohibited. Guests arriving with a vehicle that does not fit the assigned parking space may be refused check-in. Smoking and vaping of any kind are prohibited throughout the property, including interiors, balconies, patios and common areas. Violations incur a penalty and charges for necessary cleaning, deodorizing or damage repair, and may result in eviction without refund. Guests must inform their party and visitors of the no-smoking policy.
Getting there
Local shops, dining and the Ko Olina lagoons are within walking distance. A car is recommended. Parking is limited to standard or compact vehicles in the assigned stall; oversized vehicles and large SUVs cannot be accommodated, and there is no public or street parking in the community.
