Coconut Plantation 1110-3 offers 1,093 square feet of indoor space, a private entrance and an open-plan living area opening onto a private garden-view lanai with deep seating. There is a formal dining area and a breakfast bar.

The fully equipped kitchen has quartz countertops, a pantry, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, stove, oven, freezer, coffee maker, toaster, blender, rice cooker and cooking utensils. A BBQ is also available. Both bedrooms have lanai access; the primary bedroom has a ceiling fan and smart TV. There is a primary ensuite and a guest bathroom.

Amenities include air conditioning, high-speed Wi-Fi, a full-size in-unit washer and dryer, linens, beach towels, an iron, hot water, television with satellite or cable service, and a smoke detector. A complimentary starter kit supplies essentials for the first few days.

Guests have access to landscaped community grounds, a shared pool and hot tub. Local shops, dining and the Ko Olina lagoons are within walking distance. Theme parks, water activities, hiking trails and cultural attractions are a short drive away. A car is recommended. The home has a minimum stay of 29 nights.
