Before you book
House rules
Monthly rentals only, with a minimum 29-night rental period. The full monthly rate applies regardless of nights stayed; prorated nightly rates are not available. Electricity is capped at $500/month, and guests pay any overage. No smoking is permitted anywhere on the property. Commercially registered vehicles may not park overnight at Coconut Plantation. Children are welcome.
Getting there
All bedrooms are upstairs in this two-story townhome. Ko Olina Lagoons, dining, boutique shops and resort paths are a 5–10-minute walk away. A car is recommended. Parking fits standard or compact vehicles only; oversized SUVs cannot be accommodated.
