The house

The townhome has beach-inspired interiors, plantation shutters, a furnished living area and a dedicated dining area. The kitchen has granite countertops, custom cabinetry, stainless steel appliances, a refrigerator, freezer, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, utensils, toaster, blender, rice cooker, wine fridge, ice machine and coffee maker. Multiple lanais include a private upper lanai adjoining the primary bedroom and a ground-level outdoor living area surrounded by tropical landscaping.

All three bedrooms are upstairs. The primary bedroom has a large closet and an ensuite with dual sinks, a walk-in shower and a deep soaking tub. Central air conditioning, ceiling fans, Wi-Fi, cable television, a washer and dryer, linens, beach towels and a BBQ grill are provided. The home has a private entrance, smoke detectors and security cameras.

The gated Coconut Plantation community has two shared pools, shared hot tubs and landscaped pathways. Ko Olina’s four lagoons, resort paths, dining and boutique shops are a 5–10-minute walk away. Ko Olina Station is within walking distance; Ko Olina Golf Club and Kapolei shopping are a short drive away.

Stays are monthly only, with a minimum rental period of 29 nights. The full monthly rate applies regardless of nights stayed, with no prorated nightly rates. Electricity has a $500/month cap, and guests pay any overage. Free parking accommodates standard or compact vehicles only.
