Before you book
House rules
Monthly rental only, with a minimum stay of 29 nights and no prorated stays. Children are welcome. Guests are responsible for electricity usage above $500/month. Commercial vehicles may not park overnight. Smoking and vaping are prohibited inside the villa, on balconies and patios, and in all community and common areas. This includes cigarettes, cigars, pipes, electronic cigarettes and marijuana. Guests must inform their party and visitors of this policy. Violations may result in penalties, cleaning charges or eviction without refund. Booking and acceptance of the terms constitute agreement to the no-smoking policy.
Getting there
The villa spans two stories. A car is recommended. Ko Olina lagoons, marina, golf course and resort dining are within walking distance. Honolulu is approximately a 30-minute drive away. Parking is limited to two assigned stalls for compact or standard vehicles; oversized SUVs and trucks are not permitted, and there is no public or street parking.
