The house

The villa spans 1,715 square feet with four bedrooms and three full bathrooms. The open-plan living area has plush seating and a flat-screen TV, and the dining area seats six. The kitchen has stainless steel appliances, granite counters, an island breakfast bar, utensils and linens, along with a refrigerator, freezer, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, blender, rice cooker, ice machine and wine fridge.

The upstairs primary bedroom has an ensuite bathroom with dual sinks, a soaking tub and a walk-in shower, plus a private lanai, television and ceiling fan. A first-floor guest bedroom has access to a small private lanai and a full bathroom nearby. Two further guest bedrooms are upstairs; both have ceiling fans and one has a television. Two full bathrooms are upstairs and one is on the first floor.

The outdoor lanai has dining and lounge seating, tropical landscaping and views of the community. Amenities include air conditioning, free high-speed Wi-Fi, three televisions with satellite or cable service, a full-size washer and dryer, linens, an iron, beach towels, a private entrance and a smoke detector. Community facilities include a shared pool and hot tub.

Ko Olina Golf Course, the marina, sandy lagoons and their walking paths, shops, dining, spas and luaus are within walking distance. Four Seasons Resort and Disney Aulani are nearby. Honolulu is approximately a 30-minute drive away. A car is recommended. Monthly rentals require a minimum of 29 nights, with no prorated stays.
