Occasional encounters with insects, lizards, rodents and reptiles can occur despite pest control and do not constitute a breach of the rental policy. The maintenance team requires access to the house for pool maintenance. A service fee of $30 is published with the qualification that it varies with the number of days; a cleaning fee of $18 is also published.
Getting there
San José (SJO) Airport is approximately 3.5 hours away by car. An alternative is a 20-minute flight from SJO to Quepos Airport followed by 50 minutes by car. Marino Ballena National Park (Whale’s Tail) is 2 minutes away and Uvita Waterfall is 8 minutes away. Occasional weather-related power outages and interruptions to the spring-fed water supply can occur.
