The house

Coco’s Condo is one independently offered apartment in a three-apartment complex. It has two air-conditioned bedrooms, three beds, a private entrance, and an open layout connecting the kitchen island to the living area with a TV. The swimming pool and outdoor areas are shared among the three apartments.

Facilities include Wi-Fi, a microwave, refrigerator, washer, dryer, barbeque, lawn, outdoor shower and window coverings. Beaches, restaurants and local shops are nearby, and Marino Ballena National Park is minutes away.

A team member provides a personal check-in, instructions and recommendations. Occasional wildlife encounters can occur despite pest control. Weather-related power outages and interruptions to the spring-fed water supply can also occur.
