House rules
Smoking and pets are prohibited. Events are prohibited. Reservations involving events, commercial activities, other non-traditional uses or rotating guest groups require prior written host approval; additional fees and/or an increased security deposit may apply. No guests beyond the maximum occupancy are permitted. Utilities are included, but guests are responsible for excessive usage. For reservations longer than seven nights, one cleaning per week is mandatory at the guest's expense. Renters must obtain $5M in liability insurance. In lieu of a security deposit, the property has up to $25,000 of damage protection; coverage details are provided in the booking agreement. Unless otherwise stated, payments are non-refundable. If a cancelled reservation is reopened at the owner's discretion and successfully rebooked for the original dates at the same or a higher price, a refund less a 20% penalty on the total reservation amount is issued after the replacement reservation is paid in full. If it is not rebooked, guests may use their original dates if payments follow the agreed schedule and Marquis receives written notice at least 72 hours before the reservation begins. Credit-card balance payments are capped at $3,500; payments over $3,500 must be made by check, ACH or wire. The owner may show the property to prospective renters or buyers, with advance notice and efforts to schedule during reasonable daytime hours.
Getting there
The property is not suitable for multiple families. The primary renter must be at least 30 years old. Maximum occupancy is six guests, with no additional guests permitted.
Check dates and price before continuing with the host. A check does not reserve your stay. Confirm the terms with the host at staymarquis.com.
