The house

The house has open living areas, a modern kitchen, indoor and outdoor dining areas, a media room, a full gym and a wine-tasting space. Outdoor facilities include a private pool, pool house, hot tub, Har-Tru tennis court, grill, patio and balcony. The backyard is fenced, but the pool is not fenced. An onsite housekeeper is available.

Eight bedrooms are arranged across the main house: two king bedrooms on the first/main floor; the king master bedroom, two further king bedrooms and two double/full bedrooms on the second floor; and a queen bedroom on the lower level. All eight bedrooms have air conditioning. The first seven have full ensuite bathrooms. Bedrooms 1, the master bedroom and Bedroom 8 have televisions. Bedrooms 1 and the master bedroom have walk-in closets; the others have closets. There are eight full bathrooms and two half bathrooms. All full bathrooms have showers, and the master-floor Bathroom 3 also has a tub.

Wi-Fi, heating, a fireplace, television, a microwave, washer and dryer, bed linens, bath towels, pool/beach towels, a hair dryer and an iron/ironing board are provided. The house is child-friendly, but no crib is provided.

Outdoor pools and attached hot tubs are typically available from Memorial Day to Labor Day. For stays outside that period, inquire before booking about pool/hot tub availability and outdoor furniture and equipment. Spring cleaning and updates typically take place in late April or early May. The homeowner manages on-the-ground operations and guest communication after booking confirmation.
