The house

The approximately 1,800-square-foot home has an open-plan living area with double-height vaulted ceilings, a fireplace and sliding glass doors connecting the interior to the pool area. The updated kitchen includes cooking essentials, appliances, a coffee maker and an island. Central air conditioning, heating, television, a dedicated workspace, Wi-Fi, and an in-home washer and dryer are available. Bed linens, bath towels, pool/beach towels, a hair dryer and ironing equipment are provided.

The main-floor primary room has a queen bed, walk-in closet and ensuite shower bathroom. The main-floor guest room has a queen bed, standard closet and balcony/deck; the twin room has two single beds and a standard closet. A lower-level queen room has a standard closet and ensuite shower bathroom. All these sleeping rooms have air conditioning. The main-floor hall bathroom has a shower/tub combination.

Outdoor facilities include a fenced private heated pool, sundeck, seating areas, outdoor shower, gas barbecue, patio and outdoor dining. Parking is available. Nearby beaches include Main Beach, Georgica Beach, Wiborg Beach, Egypt Beach, Two Mile Hollow Beach and Sammy's Beach. East Hampton dining and shops are nearby.

The homeowner manages on-the-ground operations and guest communication after booking confirmation through the Elite program. Reservations require approval before confirmation.
