House rules
The minimum age to rent the property is 25. Smoking, pets and parties are not permitted. After booking confirmation, guests must complete an online pre-check-in form confirming identity and booking details and provide official photographic identification. The security system includes a camera that captures footage only when the alarm is activated.
Getting there
The apartment is on the third floor and has lift access. A cat normally lives here; the home may not be suitable for guests with allergies. The WC is separate from the bathroom.
