The house

LIVING & DINING AREA A touchstone in authentic Parisian design with its quintessentially Haussmannian interiors, corniced ceilings and original wood floors, the capacious living area instantly charms with its vintage furniture, and arresting wall art (with special mention to the magnificent mural depicting life on the high seas). Subtle zoning brings an intelligent sense of separation to this eye-catching room, whilst the characterful dining area offers space for six to eight guests.

KITCHEN Bringing a farmhouse feel with its wood units, dried flowers and reclaimed breakfast table, the kitchen comes fully equipped with all key amenities. BEDROOMS Beautifully showcasing this property’s wealth of period charms with its double-height ceilings, wood floors and vintage mirror, the principal bedroom presents a double bed and chest of drawers. Eclectic influences reign supreme in the second bedroom, equipped with a double bed, antique desk and an array of eye-catching artwork.

A single sofa bed can also be found in the living room. BATHROOMS Embracing contemporary tastes with its sleek midnight grey tiles and designer marble wash basin, the family bathroom hosts a large bath with an overhead shower. Soothing in notes of green, the second bathroom features a shower and wash basin. A separate WC can also be found in the apartment. WE LOVE The epic artistry on show, both inside this exquisite apartment and out with one of the city’s most fascinating art museums as your direct neighbour.
