House rules
Maximum occupancy is six people. Everyone must be over 31 or accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. Smoking, parties, events and pets are prohibited. A credit card preauthorization of $2,100.00 is required at check-in as a damage deposit. Packages and ski gear may not be shipped to the home; shipping to the local management address is available upon request for $25 / package and $50 for larger items. Contact the Reservation Team to arrange this service. Reservations require electronic acceptance of the Terms and Conditions. For stays exceeding eight days, the Reservation Team arranges an In-Stay Refresh and payment; stays of at least 30 nights require additional cleaning and are non-refundable. Early check-in or late checkout requires authorization by text message from a Vail InvitedHome team member and depends on availability.
Getting there
The residence is on the first floor. Skiing and town are within walking distance. A free on-call resort shuttle serves the lifts, and a summer shuttle serves hiking trailheads. Valet parking is limited to two cars and operates from 6:00 AM to 11:00 PM.
