The house

This 2,000-square-foot residence has south-facing mountain views, modern art, a private living room, a dining area and multiple flat-screen TVs. The kitchen has granite finishes, stainless steel Bosch appliances, a stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, cooking essentials and a standard drip coffee maker. A washer, dryer, heating, linens and towels are provided. The four full bathrooms include features such as heated floors and steam showers.

The main bedroom has a king bed, TV, built-in desk and balcony access with no balcony furniture. Its ensuite has a walk-in steam shower, soaking tub and dual vanity. The second bedroom has a king bed, TV and desk, plus an ensuite with a walk-in shower, soaking tub and single vanity. The third bedroom has a queen bed, TV and an ensuite with a tub/shower combination and single vanity.

Guests have access to the shared outdoor heated, fenced pool, hot tub, fitness center, sauna, spa, fire pit, community game and media rooms, pool table, BBQ area and lobby bar. Concierge assistance, ski valet, ski storage and boot heaters are available. Full daily housekeeping is included. Room service is not available, but other Ritz purchases may be charged to the room. The Lobby Lounge serves seasonal menus and pub fare.

A free on-call resort shuttle provides access to the ski lifts, and a summer shuttle serves hiking trailheads. The condo is within walking distance of skiing and town. Paid valet parking is available for up to two cars.
