The house has hardwood floors, a living room with a fireplace, a family room with a fireplace and TV, and a dining area. The equipped kitchen has stainless steel appliances, a stove, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, pot and Nespresso coffee makers, toaster, blender, cookware, dishes and silverware, plus a bar cart. Central air conditioning, heating, Wi-Fi, a washer and dryer, linens, bath towels and an iron with ironing board are provided.
All three bedrooms are on the first/main floor of the main house. Two bedrooms each have a queen bed, air conditioning, cable TV and a closet; the third has two twin/single beds, air conditioning and a closet. Both full bathrooms are on the first/main floor: one has a shower and tub, and the other has a shower.
Outdoor facilities include a large covered deck/patio, an oversized backyard, three lounge chairs, a table with chairs and umbrella, a gas grill and a hot-and-cold outdoor shower. Three adult bicycles and four beach chairs are provided. There is parking and a one-car garage. Indoor entertainment includes cable and smart TV and a stereo speaker system. Smoke and carbon monoxide detectors are provided. There is no pool or hot tub, and no crib is provided. Children are welcome.
The homeowner manages on-the-ground operations and guest communication after booking confirmation.
