The gourmet kitchen is complete with high-end appliances, including a stainless steel double oven and French-door fridge.
This home offers an accessible layout and features such as single level floor plan, no stairs, portable folding wheelchair ramp for easy access to and from patio area, ADA compliant portable shower chair, and built-in grab bars for the primary bedroom toilet. Except for the dock, outdoor areas including all seating areas, the BBQ grill and fire pit are wheelchair and walker accessible.
