The house

The approximately 1,750-square-foot home has an open-plan living room, dining area and equipped kitchen with a Nespresso coffee maker, refrigerator, oven, stove, dishwasher, ice maker, toaster, blender, cookware and dishes. A wood-burning fireplace, Sonos sound system, central air conditioning, heating, washer and dryer provide everyday conveniences. Wi-Fi, a laptop-friendly workspace and a fitness room with an elliptical, weight-training equipment and a stretching/yoga mat are available.

All three bedrooms are on the second floor: the primary has a king bed and walk-in closet, the second has a double/full bed, and the third has a queen bed. Each has streaming television; the second and third bedrooms have standard closets. The primary bathroom is ensuite with a shower. A second upstairs full bathroom has a shower/tub combination, and a powder room is on the main floor. Bed linens, bath towels, pool/beach towels, a hair dryer and an iron/ironing board are provided.

Outside are a private heated outdoor saltwater pool, covered patio, gas grill, lounge chairs, beach chairs and patio furniture including a table, chairs and umbrella. The pool is not fenced. The home has a private entrance.

Towd Point Beach is a seven-minute walk away. Outdoor tennis courts and a farm are each a five-minute drive away. Nearby Southampton attractions include dining, shopping, galleries, golf courses and beaches. The homeowner manages on-the-ground operations and guest communication after booking confirmation.
