The house

This approximately 1,600-square-foot home accommodates up to five guests across three bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms. An open-plan living and dining area connects to a fully equipped kitchen and the back deck through large windows and glass doors. The kitchen includes a refrigerator, oven, stove, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, ice maker, cookware, dishes and silverware.

The main-floor primary bedroom has a king bed, ensuite bathroom with shower, streaming TV and standard closet. Upstairs, one bedroom has a queen bed, streaming TV and standard closet; the other has a double/full bed and streaming TV. These bedrooms share the upstairs hall bathroom with shower. A powder room is on the main floor.

Outdoor facilities include an uncovered paved sundeck with loungers, patio dining furniture and umbrella, a gas grill, a fire pit and a hot-and-cold outdoor shower. The lower level has a gym with a stationary bike and a recreation area with a ping-pong table. Other facilities include a wood-burning fireplace, central air conditioning, heating, Wi-Fi, a laptop-friendly workspace, washer and dryer, and free parking. Bed linens, bath towels, pool/beach towels, a hair dryer and ironing equipment are provided.

Sammy’s Beach on Gardiners Bay and Atlantic Ocean beaches are a short drive away. East Hampton offers restaurants, shops, art galleries and cafés. The homeowner manages on-site operations and guest communication after booking confirmation through the Elite program.
