House rules
No loud noise between 22:00 and 08:00. No parties, antisocial behaviour or smoking. Additional people and pets require prior approval. Do not wear shoes indoors and report any breakages. Breaches may result in a $500 fine, compensation for costs or damage, and immediate eviction. Mandatory post-booking ID verification must be completed before check-in details are released. Baggage cannot be received or left unattended before check-in or after checkout. Early check-in and late checkout are subject to availability and additional charges; booking the preceding or following night is suggested to guarantee extended access, subject to availability. Free cancellation is offered up to 48 hours before check-in, with conditions. Travel Support coverage for lost baggage and emergency medical expenses allows claims up to 500 AUD, subject to terms and conditions. At checkout, leave beds unmade, clean and put away dishes, return furniture to its original position, take rubbish to the appropriate bins, turn off appliances, air conditioning and lights, and close doors and windows.
Getting there
Key collection is off-site, 240 m from the apartment. Brunswick St Shopping and Dining Strip is a 1-minute (65 m) walk away; Fortitude Music Hall is a 4-minute (350 m) walk; the Institute of Modern Art is an 8-minute (650 m) walk. Fortitude Valley train station and local bus stops are nearby. Parking is accessed via Alfred St.
