The house

The apartment has an open-plan living area with a couch, coffee table and TV with free-to-air and streaming options. An enclosed balcony provides outdoor dining and city views. The bedroom has a queen bed and blackout blinds; air conditioning and heating are available in the bedroom and living room. A separate study provides a workspace.

The fully equipped kitchen includes cookware, utensils, cutlery, a refrigerator, oven, gas stovetop, microwave, toaster, kettle, coffee machine and dishwasher, plus a four-seat counter. The bathroom has towels, travel essentials and a hairdryer. A washer, dryer, iron, bed linen and hangers are provided, along with a small welcome amenity pack.

Guests have access to the entire apartment and the on-site communal outdoor infinity pool, gym and outdoor tropical lounge. Free on-site parking, Wi-Fi and an elevator are available. Smoke and carbon monoxide detectors, a fire extinguisher and a first aid kit are provided. The apartment is suitable for children aged 2–12, and long-term stays are allowed.

Fortitude Valley offers shops, restaurants, bars and music venues, with the train station and local bus stops nearby. Brunswick St Shopping and Dining Strip is a 1-minute (65 m) walk away, Fortitude Music Hall a 4-minute (350 m) walk, and the Institute of Modern Art an 8-minute (650 m) walk.
