House rules
No smoking or vaping, pets or parties. The minimum age to rent is 21. All guests must complete a pre-check-in form and provide official photographic ID before arrival. Standard check-in is between 15:00 and 21:00; request arrival outside those hours in advance. Check-in between 21:00 and 23:00 incurs an additional fee. Children and infants are welcome. Baby cots and high chairs are available for hire, subject to availability. Cancellation receives a full refund at least five days before check-in; cancellations less than five days before arrival receive no refund.
Getting there
Fourth-floor apartment with lift access. Underground parking is available on request for £20 per day. Fulham Broadway station is around a 15-minute walk away; Chelsea Harbour Pier is under a five-minute walk away. The apartment is for sale and viewings may take place during your stay with sufficient notice.
