This 87 sqm apartment is on the fourth floor with lift access. A hallway leads to an open-plan kitchen, dining and living area. The fully equipped kitchen has Miele appliances, a dishwasher, fridge, freezer, oven, hob, microwave, toaster and kettle. The dining table seats four and can also be used for work. The sitting area has a large flat-screen TV, sofa, armchair and coffee table. The balcony has a table and chairs for two.

The master bedroom has a Super King bed, built-in wardrobes and an en-suite bathroom with a bathtub, overhead shower, sink and WC. The second bedroom has a single bed with a pull-out single underneath; twin or Super King setup can be requested. The hallway bathroom has a walk-in shower, sink and WC. A stacked washer and dryer are in a hallway cupboard. Central heating, towels, bed linen, a hair dryer and ironing equipment are provided.

The King’s Road is within comfortable walking distance for restaurants, cafes, shops and bus routes. Imperial Wharf station is nearby for the Mildmay Overground line. Fulham Broadway station on the District line is around a 15-minute walk away. Chelsea Harbour Pier for the Thames Clipper river bus is under a five-minute walk away, and the Thames Path is moments away for riverside walks.
