House rules
No weddings or events are permitted. Smoking is not allowed. Children are welcome. Pets are considered subject to approval. Long-term stays are allowed. A minimum-age requirement applies.
Getting there
A car is necessary. The hilltop grounds extend across several elevations and include tiered patios and a spa lower on the slope. The separate ADU on the lower west side has its own access and long-term tenants; it and the staff office beside the covered garage are not included in the rental. Ask about accessibility.
