House rules
Dogs must remain on a leash in all common areas. Dog-friendly rooms are limited to designated Traditional Rooms and One Bedroom Suites; maximum two dogs per room. Pet fee is $25 per dog per night plus applicable taxes. Pool access may be interrupted for cleaning and maintenance. Early check-in and late check-out requests are subject to availability.

The hotel is in downtown Victoria, steps from the Inner Harbour, BC Parliament Buildings, and downtown attractions. Several named attractions are described as within walking distance. A complimentary shuttle serves the downtown core, including select restaurants, attractions, and transportation terminals. Shuttle booster seat available for young children; car seats are not provided.
