Does Chateau Victoria offer on-site parking?
Yes. Three secure on-site parking lots are available. Standard parking is $20 per vehicle per night; guests who book directly receive 50% off. Effective January 1, 2027, the standard overnight rate is stated to increase to $24 per vehicle per night.
What is the dog policy?
Designated dog-friendly rooms are available, with up to two dogs per room. The fee is $25 per dog per night plus applicable taxes. Dogs must remain leashed in common areas.
Does the hotel have a swimming pool?
Yes. There is a skylit indoor pool and hot tub for guests.
Is breakfast included?
Breakfast is not automatically included with all room reservations. Breakfast is available daily at Vista 18 Restaurant & Lounge.
What time are check-in and check-out?
Check-in begins at 4:00 pm and check-out is at 11:00 am. Early check-in or late check-out requests are subject to availability.
What attractions are within walking distance?
The Inner Harbour, BC Parliament Buildings, Royal BC Museum, Government Street, Chinatown, Royal Theatre, McPherson Theatre, and Beacon Hill Park are described as within walking distance.
