House rules

The booking guest must be at least 25 years old. Bookings less than 24 hours before check-in are not allowed. No events or parties. Exterior amplified music is prohibited and carries a $500 fine. Follow local outdoor-lighting, quiet-hours and gathering laws, including Riverside County Ordinances 915, 847 and 924. Volleyball, pickleball and basketball court areas must not be used after 9:00 PM. All wood-burning fires are prohibited. The home is smoke-free; violations incur a $500 cleaning and related-cost fee, plus responsibility for smoking damage beyond that fee. Noise violations may incur fines; speakers and sound systems are not provided. Dogs require a fee per pet; unauthorized pets may incur a fine. All bookings over 30 days require a security deposit charged after booking. No refunds are issued for wildlife or insect encounters.

Getting there

The primary bedroom is accessible only through another bedroom; the outdoor staircase does not provide access. The home is in a rural area where wildlife and insects may occur indoors or outdoors despite regular servicing. Supervise children and pets, especially at night. Unannounced power outages may occur due to the remote location. Parking is limited to eight cars, with no street parking.
