The house

The home has a modern farmhouse aesthetic with wood-beam ceilings, plush furnishings, a kitchen and a game room with a billiards table. Sleeping arrangements comprise two king beds, three queen beds and four twin beds across five bedrooms. Linens, towels, pillows and comforters are provided, with linens available for additional sleeping arrangements.

Outdoor facilities include a private unheated pool, hot tub, summer kitchen and barbecue, pickleball and basketball areas, Adirondack seating with views, and a covered patio with lounge seating, an outdoor dining table and string lights. A stone fire pit is present, but wood-burning fires are prohibited throughout the property. Court areas, including volleyball, cannot be used after 9:00 PM.

Air conditioning, heating, television, a balcony, washer/dryer, free Wi-Fi and a laptop-friendly workspace are available. The kitchen includes a microwave, oven and stove. A pack n’ play travel crib is available; a high chair can be requested with at least 24 hours’ notice. Self-check-in uses a keypad.
